I am an artist , a spiritual guide , mentor and educator!  I enjoy encouraging others to tap into their well of creativity and spirituality through creative work, reflection days and retreats.  I have been engaged in retreat ministry for over 20 years.  I offer 24 hr “MICRO” retreats at SanctuStar Oasis as well as individual spiritual direction.


For  near 30 years as a member of the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi, I have ministered in Art Education, K-12, vocation ministry, and campus ministry.   Currently, I am serving   a population of disenfranchised central city women in Milwaukee by doing art art and spirituality.

I hold a Bachelor of Science from Cardinal Stritch University (‘76) and received  a Masters of Science in Art Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (’93).

I love many things :

flower gardening, cooking, painting in circles, building mandalas photography,

walking along beaches, wandering in woods,

gathering stones, being with friends,

enjoying the beauty of Door County, SNOW and snowshoeing

creating sacred space , Listening to the sacred story of others

loving all creatures of the Divine .....
